हिंगोली जिल्हा :- सेनगाव तालुक्यातील तळणी येथील ६५ वर्षीय महिलेच्या खून प्रकरणी तब्बल ९ महिन्यानी अटक करण्यात आलेल्या आरोपीला हिंगोली येथील अतिरीक्त सत्र न्यायालयाने आज जामीनावर सोडले.
याबाबत आरोपीचे वकील अॅड. रावण धाबे यानी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, याबाबत ५ जानेवारी २०२० रोजी नर्सी नामदेव पोलिस ठाण्यात भादंवीच्या कलम ३०२, ३९४ अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल झाला होता. फिर्यादी नागोराव पांडूरंग कोरडे यानी दिलेल्या तक्रारीनुसार, घटना ४ जानेवारी २०२० रोजी तळणी शिवारात असलेल्या फिर्यादीच्या चुलत भावाच्या शेतात घडली होती. या घटनेत फिर्यादीची आई मथुराबाई (६५) यांचा अज्ञात आरोपीने रूमालाच्या कपड्याने फाशी देवून खून केला आणि त्यांच्या अंगावरील ८२ हजार २०० रुपायांचे सोन्या-चांदीचे दागिने चोरून नेले. त्यानंतर या प्रकरणात नर्सी नामदेव पोलिसानी तपास सुरू केला. परंतू या गुन्ह्यातील गुन्हेगाराने कोणताच पुरावा मागे न सोडल्याने आरोपीचा शोध लागला नाही. त्यानंतर प्रकरण स्थानिक गुन्हे शाखेकडे सोपविण्यात आले. स्थानिक गुन्हे शाखेने या प्रकरणात तब्बल ९ महिन्यानंतर २८ सप्टेंबर २०२० रोजी तळणी येथील दिलीप सुनिल गवळी याला अटक केले. आरोपीला न्यायालयीन कोठडी मिळाल्यानंतर, जामिनासाठी येथील न्यायालयात आरोपीच्या वतीने अर्ज दाखल करण्यात आला. त्यामध्ये आज या प्रकरणात दोन्ही बाजूंचा युक्तीवाद ऐकून घेतल्यावर सत्र न्यायाधिश एन. बी. शिंदे यानी आरोपीचा जामीन अर्ज मंजूर केला. आरोपीच्या वतीने अॅड. रावण धाबे यानी बाजू मांडली. तर त्याना अॅड. एस. एस. चाटसे यानी सहाय्य केले.
Hingoli Dist. : - The accused who was arrested after 9 months in the murder case of a 65-year-old woman from Talani in Sengaon taluka was released on bail by the Additional Sessions Court in Hingoli today.
The accused's lawyer Adv.Raavan Dhabe, a case under Sections 302 and 394 of the Penal Code was registered at Narsi Namdev Police Station on January 5, 2020. According to the complaint filed by the plaintiff Nagarao Pandurang Korde, the incident took place on January 4, 2020 in the field of the plaintiff's cousin in Talani Shivar. In this incident, Mathurabai (65), the mother of the plaintiff, was killed by an unidentified accused by hanging her with a handkerchief and gold and silver jewelery worth Rs 82,200 was stolen from her body. Narsi Namdev police then started investigation in the case. However, the accused was not traced as the culprit did not leave any evidence behind. The case was then handed over to the local crime branch. The local crime branch arrested Dilip Sunil Gawli from Talani on September 28, 2020 after 9 months in the case. After the accused got judicial custody, an application was filed on behalf of the accused in the court here for bail. In it, after hearing the arguments of both the parties in the case today, Sessions Judge N.S. B. Shinde granted bail to the accused. Adv. Raavan Dhabe moved the side. So add them. S. S.
